You are responsible for ensuring that your device settings allow proper functionality of the App, including alarms, notifications, background processing, battery, and location permissions if applicable, and that your device has sufficient resources to function properly. You are also responsible for checking that important alarms and notifications are correctly configured and for maintaining backup methods when an alert is time-sensitive or important. We are not responsible for App malfunctions due to device-related issues.

5. Alarm and Time-Sensitive Feature Terms

a. Alarm Delivery

1. You acknowledge that the App cannot guarantee that every alarm, reminder, or notification will be delivered, heard, displayed, or acted upon at the intended time.
2. You are responsible for keeping your device powered, charged, configured with the required permissions, and set to the correct date, time, time zone, sound, vibration, and notification settings.
3. You must not use the App as the sole safeguard for any emergency, medical, safety-critical, or other activity where a missed or delayed alert could result in death, injury, property damage, or serious harm.
